Technical inspection of vehicles to be used as taxis in the case of a used Accreditation


  1. The Accreditation Holder documents:
    • A Formal Request to the President of the commune council
    • 4 photos of the accreditation holder.
    • Copy of the National Identity Card.
    • Certificate of residence
    • Criminal record extract or anthropometric Card
    • Birth certificate
    • Copy of the Accreditation (Exploitation Permit)
    • Power of Attorney (If the vehicle manager is not the owner/Accreditation Holder)
  2. Vehicle Documents:
    • Copy of the registration Card (Grey Card)
    • Copy of the Insurance Certificate
    • Copy of the vehicle’s annual technical inspection if it has been in use for more than 5 years.
    • Copy of the taxi’s technical inspection
    • Copy of the conformity certificate (certifying that the vehicle meets all the requirements of the Commune’s decree). This certificate is issued by the Technical Inspection Centers.

  • The Central headquarters of the administrative police: The Commune HQ/Municipal Palace.
  • The application needs to be filed by the applicant (Natural Person or Artificial Entity) or by his/her legal counsel or representative.

  • The authorization shall be issued upon the presentation of a copy of Accreditation Permit containing the vehicle information, subject to the completion of all observations made by the technical committee in charge of inspecting the taxi.
