  • A Works Completion Statement submitted to the Communal Departments by the applicant, his/her legal representative or the architect in change for the works.
  • Land ownership certificate.
  • Copy of the National Identity Card.
  • Statement issued by the architect indicating the completion of the works.
  • Technical sheet issued by the architect.
  • A copy of the construction permit.
  • Statement of the Office of Engineering Technical Studies
  • Copies of Construction Tax Receipts

Note: Incomplete applications are not reviewed

  • Central Office of the Planning Department: Cheikh Saadi Avenue (Filing Office)
  • Communal annexes (Tikiouine, Bensergao, Anza)
  • The Application is filed by the applicant (Artificial Entity or natural person), the architect in charge of the project, or a legal representative.

  • Floor Planning Department, Ihchach Administrative annex, Cheikh Saadi avenue (Residence Permit Filing Office).
  • Communal annexes (Tikiouine, Bensergao, Anza)

  • Floor Planning Department.
  • Control Department.
  • The Communal Health Preservation Department.
  • The Technical Department (Large-scale Projects)
  • Civil Protection (Large-scale Projects)
  • The National Office of Electricity (Large-scale Projects)
  • The Independent multi-service agency (Large-scale Projects)
  • Any other department concerned by the project, in regards to their field of expertise.

  • 1 week following the submission of the application (Incomplete Applications are not reviewed.)

  • No fees
