Permits to exploit/conduct water sports or activities at the beach
A Formal Request to the President of the commune council alongside the documents mentioned in the Scope Statement which include:
Certificate of registration of vehicles at the Maritime Affairs Delegation for motor vehicles.
Technical inspection record for vehicles and equipment used in such activities, issued by the Maritime Affairs Delegation or by an accredited expert to audit maritime vehicles and equipment.
Insurance Certificate against risks and civil liability, valid.
Company/Institution documents.
Commercial Register.
Tax registration certificate.
Tax Certificate issued by the Commune and other tax services/departments.
List of employees.
A certificate of competency or expertise in first aid and rescue for at least one permanent on-site employee.
Certificate of affiliation in the CNSS (Social Security).
A Signed copy of the scope statement issued by the communal administration.

Contribution program in beach Development, equipment and cleanliness.
The Central headquarters of the administrative police: The Commune HQ/Municipal Palace.
