Declaration of the Caid, Sheikh or Moqadem.
Applicant’s birth certificate or National Identity Card.
A copy of the birth certificate or extract or National Identity Card of the person(s) in charge.
Certificate of collective life which in turn exempts other documents.

The Central headquarters of the administrative police: The Commune HQ/Municipal Palace.
